Is there anything safe to take to help me sleep? - insomnia toddler
Are there any recommended your documents, help sleep in late pregnancy? To keep anxiety and insomnia, and I'm only 4-5 hours of sleep per night. It is not enough when working full time and have a child! I will check with my doctor, but I would not want anyone laughing at me when I call :-)

ReplyDeleteI can only say, and it's frustrating to be a problem. I took a supplement of calcium w / magnesium close to bedtime, with a little milk and a biscuit. You can also use a bit B6. I have a bedtime routine that after that starts my son in bed. Includes a shower or bath, Nice lotion, candles and soft music and massage often very little of my husband, who may or may not end with sex. Do we have time to sleep just a little later, but the deepest sleep. If we have a sexuality, I sleep very well!
ReplyDeleteSandichs a turkey and a glass of warm milk before bedtime. A book to read, relax and try to avoid caffeine as coffee, tea and chocolate. When ur take into the bathroom for 30 minutes before sunset, a large swimming b4 ur training u could do something good. Try a separate bedroom from the office of Ur of the house, like when u come home from work, try to stay away from the heart as much space as possible. In addition, going to the new Keeps U Up! Stay away from him the night!

Do not forget a good old-fashioned bathroom.
